Most awkward Kiss Cam ever? Gophers fan unveils unique plan to avoid smooch

An old sports axiom has it that tying your opponent is like kissing your sister.

Well, one Minnesota Gophers hockey fan didn't want to find out about the latter.

At Friday's Gophers game against Michigan, one Minnesota fan had a plan in case he was subjected to the well-known Kiss Cam, seen in arenas and stadiums across the country.

He came prepared with a note, which he slowly pulls out of his pocket and at just the right moment — with the Kiss Cam upon him and the woman sitting to his left — he unveils it to let everyone know that's his sister. No kisses forthcoming.

Of course, what the man was doing with his sister at a hockey game on Valentine's Day . . . well, that's another story.
