The Minnesota Lynx announced on Thursday that guard Monica Wright underwent an arthroscopy on her right knee early in the day, at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester.

Wright will be sidelined indefinitely and a further update will be provided at a later date.

Wright, a 5-foot-10 guard out of Virginia, played in seven games for the Lynx earlier this season, after being sidelined for the first five games due to a strained right calf.

The guard averaged 2.1 points, 1.1 assists and 0.9 rebounds in 11.5 minutes per game during this WNBA campaign.
