DEL MAR, Calif. (AP) Long-shot Wild Dude rallied to win the $300,000 Bing Crosby Stakes on Sunday at Del Mar, beating favored Masochistic by 1 1/4 lengths.

Ridden by Flavien Prat and trained by Brian Koriner, the 5-year-old Wild Dude ran six furlongs in 1:09.51 and paid $24.60, $5.20 and $2.60 for his sixth victory in 16 starts.

''They were going quickly,'' Prat said. ''When I came around the turn, I knew I had horse, but I could see that other one (Masochistic) out front and I know how well he's been running. I wasn't sure if I could catch up to him. But my horse leveled and he went right on by. He's impressive.''

Wild Dude earned $180,000 to push his total to $724,887. He's owned by Hollendorfer and Green Smith Jr.

Masochistic returned $2.40 and $2.10, and Kobe's Back paid $2.40 to show in the five-horse field.

''He ran well, even though he got beat,'' Masochistic rider Tyler Baze said. ''It was a good race for him. This track is a little loose and I think that might have affected him. ... He's a good horse and he'll be back to fight another day.''

In the $150,000 California Dreamin' Handicap, long-shot Weewinnin beat Rock Me Baby by a neck.

Ridden by Joe Talamo and trained by Brian Koriner, the 5-year-old Weewinnin ran 1 1/16 miles on the turf course in 1:41.14 and paid $21.60, $9.40 and $6.40 for his fourth win in 11 races.

''He was game,'' Talamo said. ''I've got to give Brian credit. He took the blinkers off this horse today and he was better for it. When he had the blinkers, he would wait. Now when he sees those other horses, he fights on. He did all the work today. I just had to stay out of his way.''

Weewinnin earned $85,500 to push his total to $395,480

Rock Me Baby returned $4 and $3, and Poshsky paid $6.20 to show.
