Last call for Cavaliers preseason

COLUMBUS, Ohio - Previewing the Cavaliers Thursday night preseason finale vs. Milwaukee

PROJECTED STARTERS: Byron Scott will start Mo Williams, Anthony Parker, Jamario Moon, J.J. Hickson and Anderson Varejao. That figures to be the starting five for next Wednesday's season opener, though Scott said he's going to talk with Antawn Jamison to gauge the veteran's willingness to come off the bench. Jamison will try to play tonight after missing the last two games with a knee issue.

MAKING IT COUNT: Look for Scott to empty the bench for the fourth quarter, but not before then. Williams and Varejao are playing just their second game of the preseason, and Scott continues to play small lineups for long stretches that include two of the preseason stars, Ramon Sessions and Daniel Gibson, on the court at the same time. The Cavaliers are 5-2 in the preseason and look to stay hot after running the 76ers off the floor in Cincinnati Tuesday night with a 55-percent shooting performance.
