Iginla played in all 61 games for Colorado this season, posting 18 points and 54 penalty minutes. The Kings gave up a conditional draft pick in the 2018 NHL Draft in order to land Iginla, a 20-year NHL veteran with the Flames, Penguins and Bruins.

King, who appeared in all 63 games for Los Angeles this season, is headed to Montreal in exchange for a conditional fourth-round pick in the 2018 NHL Draft.

King recorded 15 points this season and was part of the Kings' two Stanley Cup Championships.
