JR Motorsports celebrates National Beer Day with partnership extension

The folks at JR Motorsports know just how to celebrate National Beer Day.

The XFINITY Series organization and Dale's Pale Ale have announced a multi-year partnership extension that will feature the craft beer as the primary sponsor of three races in 2016-17.

Regan Smith will return to JRM to drive the No. 88 Dale's Pale Ale Chevrolet on Aug. 19 at Bristol Motor Speedway. The other two races are yet to be determined for the 2017 season.

Dale's Pale Ale is known for being the first craft beer to be featured in a can. It's produced by Oskar Blues Brewery in Brevard, N.C. and Longmont, Colo., with another location set to open in the near future in Austin, Texas.
