This week Mr. Excitement isn't happy. Here's Jimmy Spencer's take on last week's events surrounding Denny Hamlin's comments, the subsequent fine levied by NASCAR and his opinion on driver censorship. Mr. E! takes us down down memory lane, citing a few comments from Tony Stewart and Kyle Busch, neither of which were fined for their harsh words at the time. To balance it out, we also add Robin Pemberton (Vice President of Competition) and Jeff Gordon's comments on the matter too. Have a look and you decide whose side you prefer.
