Heynabonics: Learning how to 'speak' Pocono

Now that summer is nearly here, NASCAR is taking its annual northbound swing, which between now and Labor Day will include stops in New York, New Hampshire and Michigan, just to name a few locations north of the Mason-Dixon line.

Twice NASCAR will hit historic Pocono Raceway, site of Sunday's Pocono 400.

Pocono is a hotbed of auto racing with some of the most intense and passionate fans in all of NASCAR. But the language spoken here is just a little different than in, say, Talladega or Darlington. Well, OK, a lot different.

So if you're making the long trek to the Tricky Triangle and want to fit in with the locals, you need to know how to speak the language. And what better way to learn than a quick video primer?
