The Ducks' season may have just started, but Corey Perry is already giving fans something to talk about. On October 22nd, Perry took the ice against the Buffalo Sabres and delivered a stellar performance with three goals, earning his second hat trick of the season. Drafted as the 28th overall pick in 2003, Perry has spent his entire NHL career with the Ducks and has been a key player in their success as a team. Perry, a member of the 2007 Ducks Stanley Cup team, was born and raised in Ontario, Canada. He was selected to play for Team Canada in the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver and scored in the gold medal game to help his team beat the United States, 3-2 in overtime. Perry returned to play for Team Canada in 2014 and earned another gold medal for his mantle in Sochi, Russia. When #10 isn't in the ice rink, he devotes his time to charity. The Corey Perry: A Round for a Cure Golf Tournament in Ontario has raised over $100,000 to support a local cancer center.
