After a week of creating headlines to promote Mental Health Awareness week, Marshall was fined $10,500 by the NFL for violating the league’s uniform and equipment rules. He tweeted a picture of the letter he received along with a message:

Marshall, who was diagnosed with borderline personality disorder, decided to wear the cleats to promote Mental Health Awareness week.
