Blues activate Arnott and Huskins from IR
St. Louis Blues Executive Vice President and General Manager Doug Armstrong announced today the club has activated forward Jason Arnott and defenseman Kent Huskins from injured reserve. Arnott has missed the past six games after suffering a shoulder injury on February 3 against Los Angeles while Huskins has missed the past 45 games after suffering an ankle injury on October 28 in Calgary.
Arnott, 37, has appeared in 49 games with the Blues this year posting 24 points including 12 goals to go along with a +11 rating. The Collingwood, Ontario native was originally signed by the Blues as a free agent on July 6, 2011.
Huskins, 32, has posted four points including two goals and two assists to go along with a +6 rating in nine appearances with the Blues this season. The Ottawa, Ontario native was originally signed by the Blues as a free agent on July 2, 2011.
