49ers Score On An Interception After Flipping Marques Colston [VIDEO]

New Orleans Saints wide receiver Marques Colston was the subject of a fairly scary hit today during the game against the San Francisco 49ers. Drew Brees took a shot downfield for Colston who was upended in mid-air, landing square on his head and rolling over, motionless. To add insult to that injury, 49ers safety Donte Whitner returned the interception to the end zone for a quick six points. Colston was examined for for a concussion and remained out of the game for a bit, but has now returned.
