Report: Seven stolen vehicles found

Published May. 29, 2013 1:00 a.m. ET

Rowan County Sheriff's deputies seized two cars and five trucks from a garage and storage facility belonging to NASCAR driver Mike Harmon, according to the Charlotte Observer.

The article in the Observer stated that search warrants were served Tuesday night at a storage shed in Catawba County and Harmon's shop in Mooresville, N.C.

Rowan County investigators will talk to the Rowan District Attorney's Office to determine if charges will be brought against Harmon for the second time this month.

WBTV in Charlotte reported that the vehicles belong to Jennifer Jo Cobb, an owner and a driver in NASCAR’s truck series who is involved in an ongoing dispute with Harmon. Harmon used to be team manager for Cobb’s Nationwide team. And he had indicated that he’s involved in litigation with Cobb.

Harmon, ranked 32nd in the 2013 Nationwide standings, was arrested two weeks ago in connection to the theft of a trailer from Cobb's racing team.
