Exxon Mobil's (NYSE:XOM) Mobil 1 oil brand will be the primary sponsor for NASCAR Driver Tony Stewart in the 2011 season, replacing OldSpice as the two-time champion's biggest sponsor.

Mobil is ending its relationship with Penske Racing because that race team recently agreed to a sponsorship deal with Royal Dutch Shell's (NYSE:RDS-A) Shell-Penzoil brand.

Four-time series champion Jeff Gordon is still looking for a primary sponsor after longtime sponsor DuPont (NYSE:DD) said it is taking a step back from NASCAR. Gordon's team had been in talks with Wal-Mart (NYSE:WMT), but those discussions fell apart.
