NASCAR should allow 'madness'

Note to NASCAR: It's not too late to start stock car's version of March Madness.

With back-to-back short-track events at Bristol Motor Speedway and Martinsville Speedway, it would behoove the sanctioning body to take a page out of the referees' handbook during the NCAA tournament and let the competitors play.
