NASCAR has reinstated crew member Paul Chodora upon his successful completion of NASCAR’s Road to Recovery Program after his Feb. 19, 2009, suspension for violating the sanctioning body’s substance-abuse policy, according to a release from the sanctioning body.
Chodora was the first person suspended under a policy that was strengthened to include preseason testing and random testing, a policy introduced for the 2009 season.
