On Wednesday morning, NASCAR handed down written warnings to various Sprint Cup Series teams following Sunday's rain-delayed race at Bristol Motor Speedway.

Teams of Denny Hamlin, Kyle Busch, Ryan Newman and Martin Truex Jr. received written warnings for failing pre-race laser inspection twice.

As a result of the warning, Busch's No. 18 Joe Gibbs Racing team will lose their pit stall selection for this weekend's race at Michigan International Speedway.

Joey Logano's No. 22 Team Penske brigade also received a written warning for failing pre-qualifying laser inspection twice.
