Matt Kenseth, Joey Logano prepare to return to site of infamous run-in
Last fall's Chase for the NASCAR Sprint Cup race at Martinsville Speedway changed everything.
After tangling two weeks earlier while battling for the lead at Kansas Speedway, Joey Logano and Matt Kenseth went at it again.
Only this time, Logano -- who won at Kansas at Kenseth's expense -- got the short end of the stick, and Kenseth was left to explain his actions.
NASCAR ultimately suspended Kenseth two races for deliberately wrecking Logano while running multiple laps down.
Logano, who was leading at the time of the Martinsville incident, never recovered as he failed to advance to the next round of the Chase.
Before the two rivals return to Martinsville for Sunday's STP 500 (FS1, 12:30 p.m. ET), look back on their memorable collision from the last time NASCAR raced at the .526-mile oval.
