Kevin Harvick believes Miesha Tate is ready to topple Ronda Rousey
Ronda Rousey has beaten Miesha Tate twice already, but the third time they fight Tate will prevail, Kevin Harvick said Friday in an exclusive interview with FOXSports.com.
Harvick's KHI Management agency represents Tate, and the 2014 NASCAR Sprint Cup champion has been giving the new UFC bantamweight female champion advice about her career and how to handle her still-new championship.
And although there are no plans yet for a third Rousey v. Tate battle, Harvick said he's optimistic Tate will win when the two eventually fight again. "I think she would have beat Ronda Rousey last time, when Holly beat her," Harvick said of Tate. "The thing of it is, it's been (almost) three years since they fought.
"And I think with all the changes Miesha has made in her camp, and from the mental perspective that it seems from the outside looking in that Ronda seems to be in right now, I think Miesha's just in a very good spot. I think she's a much different fighter than she was last time. She's already beat the person (Holm) who beat her (Rousey)."
