Just one week after performing a front flip at the MetLife Stadium, 11-time Monster Jam world champion Tom Meents was be back behind the wheel of Max D Saturday night at the Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Mass., to attempt a double backflip in front of a packed crowd.
Meents landed the double backflip after his fourth attempt at the stunt.
Before the event, FOX Sports’ Jeff Hammond met up with Meents to talk about the challenges that the 1,500-horsepower monster truck faces in order to successfully pull off a second 360-degree rotation:
