FOX Sports and Cogeco Cable Canada, the second largest cable operator in Ontario and Quebec, announced on Thursday the launch of FOX Sports Racing to the distributor’s channel lineup.

“We continue to invest in and strengthen FOX Sports Racing in Canada, an effort not possible without our valued distribution partners,” said David Nathanson, Head of Business Operations for FOX Sports. “The Cogeco launch continues a string of summer successes and ongoing momentum for the network.”

FOX Sports Racing now is accessible on preview status to all of Cogeco’s English language subscribers for one month, before moving to its position on Cogeco’s Sports Life tier.

“FOX Sports continues to show a strong commitment to the Canadian motor sports community, and we’re happy to make FOX Sports Racing available to our customers,” said Anne Isabelle Roussy, VP Marketing and Product Development for Cogeco Cable Canada.

FOX Sports Racing continues to build upon an already robust lineup of motor sports, with the recent addition of the Rockstar Energy Drink Motocross Nationals presented by Motovan and last month’s announcement that the NHRA, the world’s premier drag racing series, is coming to FOX Sports in 2016. FOX Sports also recently announced a multi-year renewal with the fully electric FIA Formula E Championship.

With a 2015 schedule that includes nearly 800 events and more than 900 hours of competition-driven programming, the FOX Sports Racing lineup is highlighted by a full season of live NASCAR Camping World Truck Series racing; practice and qualifying sessions from NASCAR Sprint Cup Series and NASCAR XFINITY Series events; the MotoGP World Championship and its support series, Moto2 and Moto3; Monster Energy Supercross; TUDOR United Sportscar Championship; the World Endurance Championship, including the 24 Hours of Le Mans; ARCA Racing Series; and the of the FIA Formula E Championship.

FOX Sports Racing is also home to Street League Skateboarding, Burton Snowboarding, The Jockey Club and the Masters Agility Championship at Westminster.
