WATCH: McElwain's reaction to hearing about Pineiro commitment

The Florida kicking game in 2015 was extremely poor. 

Florida kickers converted on only seven of 17 attempts on the year. It was a classic case of instability -- as three kickers attempted kicks this year for the Gators. 

As a way to remedy the situation, Jim McElwain went out and signed the nation's best kicker in Eddy Pineiro. The Miami native announced his intention to flip from Alabama and attend Florida earlier this week.

Prior to his public announcement, Pineiro filmed himself calling McElwain to deliver the news. Based upon the head coach's reaction, he was extremely happy.
