Florida has a shot at wrapping up the SEC East Division -- assuming it can take down Vanderbilt in "The Swamp" this upcoming Saturday.

While familiarity exists between many teams in the conference, it truly hits home for athlete Josh Grady. Formerly a quarterback at Vanderbilt, he transferred to Florida this past offseason via the senior graduate opportunity.

The Tampa native had a few reasons as to why he decided on making the switch to his home state.

"There's a lot of familiar faces. I know a lot of guys from Tampa," said Grady. "A couple of coaches recruited me out of high school."

Grady hasn't featured prominently for the Gators in 2015. On the year, he's accrued one catch for 25 yards, and two rushes for 21 yards. Regardless, he appears happy to be on a contending team.

"For me it was a great opportunity to come here," said Grady. "I contacted Coach [McElwain] once I got free from compliance, and the ball just started rolling."
