Tennessee freshman tight end Devante Brooks was confident after UT’s miracle win over Georgia. So confident that he tweeted out “Bama game will be the exact same.” After the tweet gained attention, Devante deleted it. Luckily some guy named Johnny quoted him and sent it out.

One Tennessee fan even painted his father’s grave in orange and white checkerboard.

On the Alabama end of things, Gehrig Dieter’s dad, Derek, joined the Vol Navy and added some crimson to it.

Former Crimson Tide football players Kenyan Drake and Corey McCarron had their cigars ready. Well, Kenyan did anyways.

Alabama basketball radio man Bryan Passink sent out the best pre-game tweet.

Michael Vick was eager to see how Joshua Dobbs fared against the Alabama football defense.

Ryan Fowler ran into an……interesting…..Tennessee fan.

I’m imagining this is the same fan that got this response from Lane Kiffin before kickoff.

A couple of former Crimson Tide greats were excited for the rivalry game.
