The date of Justin Brent and Lisa Ann takes another turn

What started as a fun-loving trip to a New York Knicks preseason game at Madison Square Garden apparently has reached greater heights for 42-year-old porn star Lisa Ann and Notre Dame freshman wide receiver Justin Brent, 18.

The dynamic duo made quite the social splash with their trip to The World's Most Famous Arena on Wednesday night.

Then on Friday, Deadspin posted a selfie that a tipster provided the site showing Lisa Ann and Brent in bed.

Could the publicity be a problem for Brent? ESPN's Darren Rovell noted on Twitter the Guide to Student Life at Notre Dame seems to frown on a casual sexual relationship, if that is indeed what's going on here:

Little is known about the extent of the relationship, but Lisa Ann spoke out on Twitter on Thursday after the Knicks game pictures made the Internet rounds.

"I am a women NOT held back by my age," she tweeted, "lucky for me, because the writers seem to make me out to be a dinosaur. 42 is NOT old, It is amazing!"

Despite their age difference, the two really were on a date, according to TMZ, which reported that the unlikely couple met earlier this year while Lisa Ann was traveling and that she gave Brent her number.

Neither Brent nor Notre Dame has yet to speak out on the subject, which may not need any speaking out at all.

The Fighting Irish are off this week and next play against Navy on Nov. 1 at FedEx Field in Landover, Md. Brent has yet to catch a pass this season for the team.
