Texas Tech football is getting serious with its strength and conditioning coach hire.
Fans may be familiar with the name Rusty Whitt. He's perhaps most famous for once head butting a player with his helmet on, and letting blood drip down his face. He was once voted “Most Intimidating Strength and Conditioning Coach in Football.”

Whitt has worked for Louisiana-Lafayette since 2010 and is now headed for Lubbock.
