The Columbia, S.C., home of Gamecocks AD Ray Tanner suffered major damage Saturday as the wrath of Hurricane Matthew led to a tree falling on it.
A large tree from a neighbor’s yard fell across the street and landed on power lines and the back portion of the Tanner home. Several other homes in the neighborhood also were damaged by fallen trees.

Tanner tweeted his family was safe despite what had happened.
The State newspaper posted video of before and the aftermath.
The path of the storm caused Saturday's Georgia-South Carolina game to be postponed until Sunday.
