Fan sends Wisconsin police donuts to protest being booted from game
On Saturday a man who was kicked out of a Wisconsin football game for trying to enter the wrong section felt he was wronged.
According to the man, he was visiting from Los Angeles and didn’t know the rules when he tried to meet his friends in their seats. Here is what he wrote to the police department:
“When I attempted to simply enter section P, I was surrounded by multiple officers who had no interest in my situation or intentions." He says the officers ignored his explanation and didn't find it plausible.
How did he express his displeasure with the University of Wisconsin police? By sending them 20 dozen coconut donuts:
This really is a great moment in trolling history because when asked why he sent those particular donuts the fan responded with:
“The delivery was a bit tongue-in-cheek,” the fan wrote back, explaining that “donuts are awesome, but coconut donuts are not so awesome.”
Well played, sir.
