Campbell routs NAIA school Missouri Baptist 66-7

BUIES CREEK, N.C. (AP) Dakota Wolf threw for one touchdown and ran for two more, and Campbell picked up eight touchdowns on the ground to rout NAIA opponent Missouri Baptist 66-7 on Saturday.

Seven Fighting Camels ran for a touchdown, with Akile Jones leading on the ground with 103 yards on eight carries. Wolfe had 37-yards rushing, and was 12 of 15 for 240-yards passing with a touchdown.

The Fighting Camels (5-5) were a perfect 8 of 8 in the red zone, and finished with a school-high 788 total yards, allowing Missouri Baptist just 169.

The Spartans' sole touchdown was scored by JP Lowery, who ran 65 yards with 5:32 left in the third quarter to avoid the shutout for Missouri Baptist (1-10). Lowery finished with 89 yards on 10 carries.

Campbell will face Jacksonville on Nov. 15 in Pioneer League play.
