WATCH: Northern Iowa crowd give UNC's Marcus Paige an ovation

Marcus Paige has yet to play for No. 1 North Carolina this season after suffering a broken bone in his right hand earlier this month.

But the senior guard from Marion, Iowa received a standing ovation from the Northern Iowa crowd before the start of Saturday afternoon's game.

However, that warm welcome wouldn't last, as the Panthers erased a 16-point deficit to upset the top-seeded Tar Heels, 71-67.
