WATCH: Georgetown's L.J. Peak split the defense for a two-handed dunk
With less than 30 seconds to play, Georgetown sophomore guard L.J. Peak split the UNC Wilmington defense off a Bradley Hayes screen, and charged into the paint for a two-handed dunk.
The highlight-reel dunk put the Hoyas up by five, which is how much they defeated the Seahawks by, earning a hard-fought 87-82 victory on Saturday afternoon at the Verizon Center in Washington, D.C.

Georgetown entered halftime with a double-digit lead, growing it to as large as 25 points more than midway through the second half, but UNC Wilmington, which entered the game undefeated, cut it to single digits with two minutes to go and made it a one-possession game with 51 seconds left.
Peak finished with eight points. D'Vauntes Smith-Rivera had a game-high 27 points.
The Hoyas, winners of five in a row, host Monmouth, the mid-major with an entertaining bench mob and a resume that includes wins at UCLA and over Notre Dame, on Tuesday night on FS1.
