Joey Accaoui scored a career-high 21 points and Evan Fjeld had 20 to lead Vermont to an 80-53 victory over Dartmouth on Wednesday night.

The Catamounts won their fourth straight game and are off to a 5-1 start for the first time since the 1996-97 season. They have beaten the Big Green 11 times in the past 12 meetings.

Accaoui shot 8 of 13 from the field, including 5 of 10 from beyond the arc. Fjeld hit 8 of 12 field goals.

Brian Voelkel had 13 rebounds for Vermont, which dominated the Big Green (2-5) on the boards, 45-27. The Catamounts had a 36-8 advantage in the paint and outscored Dartmouth 15-0 on second-chance points.

R.J. Griffin had 11 points and Tyler Melville added 10 for the Big Green.

The Catamounts led 37-26 at halftime and by at least 11 the entire second half. Vermont outshot the Big Green 52.5 percent (31 of 59) to 33.9 percent (20 of 59).
