LAS VEGAS (AP) Kevin Olekaibe scored 18 points, including the go-ahead 3-pointer, to lift UNLV to a 73-69 comeback win over Boise State on Saturday night.

Trailing most of the game, UNLV (15-7, 6-3 Mountain West) used a 17-2 run in the final minutes to erase an 11-point deficit and slip past Boise State for the win. Olekaibe's sank the go-ahead trey to make it 71-69 with 20 seconds left, and Bryce Dejean-Jones sank a pair of free throws to pad the lead.

Both teams shot comparably from the field but UNLV held a 4-to-1 advantage in points from the penalty stripe, hitting 24 of 32 to Boise State's 7 of 11.
