Towson gets rid of coach Kennedy

Former DePaul and Florida State coach Pat Kennedy has been fired at Towson.
According to multiple sources, Kennedy was informed of the decision on Monday morning.
Kennedy spent seven years at Towson and compiled a 72-142 record, including a 4-25 overall mark this season.
The Tigers were winless in 18 tries in CAA play and lost to Drexel in the first round of the league tournament.

Kennedy was also a head coach at Iona, Florida State, DePaul and Montana.
