Jared Maree scored 16 points to lead Texas-Pan American to a 65-48 victory over Wentworth Tech Thursday night.
Maree made 7 of 10 shots including a pair of 3-pointers, and Brandon Provost added 11 points for the Broncs (4-8), who led by as many as 23 points in the second half in winning their second straight game.
Eric Prue led Wentworth with 14 points. John Fragnoli added 10 points for the Leopards (4-2).
Wentworth, a Division III school from Boston, was playing its first game against a Division I team since the program began in the 1984-85 season.
