Texas A&M-Corpus Christi rolls over Abilene Christian 67-44

ABILENE, Texas (AP) Ehab Amin had 16 points and Rashawn Thomas added 14 to lead Texas A&M-Corpus Christi to a 67-44 win over Abilene Christian on Tuesday night.
Texas A&M-Corpus Christi held a slim 28-24 lead at the break but the Islanders started the second half with a 19-4 run to lead 47-28. They stretched that to a 62-39 lead with 4:34 left.
Bryce Douvier had 11 points and nine rebounds for Texas A&M-Corpus Christi (15-12, 10-5 Southland Conference). The Islanders are tied with Incarnate Word for fourth place in the conference with three regular season conference games remaining.
Harrison Hawkins led Abilene Christian (9-18, 3-11) with 11 points. Drake Green had nine for the Wildcats, who have lost 11 straight. ACU's last victory was a 95-81 win over Northwestern State on January 13.
