Tennessee Tech over Belmont 81-76

COOKEVILLE, Tenn. (AP) Josiah Moore came off the bench to score 22 points with eight rebounds as Tennessee Tech extended its winning streak to five with an 81-76 victory over Belmont on Saturday night.

Javon McKay had 13 points for the Golden Eagles (11-13, 4-5 Ohio Valley Conference). Dwan Caldwell added 12.

Tennessee Tech trailed by two with 5:15 left in the first half before McKay and Josiah Moore combined for a trio of 3-pointers to help the Golden Eagles establish a 36-32 lead at the break.

Belmont came within one point at 14:18 in the second but then the Golden Eagles went on a 26-8 run to a 71-52 advantage with 5:12 to play. The Bruins responded with a 24-9 run to come within four in the final seconds before time expired.

Craig Bradshaw scored 23 points for the Bruins (17-8, 8-2). J.J. Mann had 13 points and 10 rebounds.
