NEW YORK (AP) Syracuse, which reached No. 1 for three weeks this season, will be joined by Texas, Iowa and California in the 20th annual 2K Sports Classic benefiting the Wounded Warrior Project.
The semifinals are Nov. 20 at Madison Square Garden with the championship game the next day.
Each of the semifinal teams will host two regional round games on campus from No. 14-17. Iowa and Texas both joined Syracuse in the Top 25 this season. The Hawkeyes reached No. 10 while the Longhorns got as high as 15th.
The remainder of the field and semifinal matchups will be announced. Connecticut beat Indiana 59-58 in the 2013 championship game.
