Stony Brook 70, Fairleigh Dickinson 46

Dave Coley had 16 points and Bryan Dougher added 14, including knocking down four 3-pointers, to lead Stony Brook over Fairleigh Dickinson 70-46 Wednesday night.
Ron Bracey chipped in 10 points for the Seawolves (3-4), who led the entire game and blew it wide open in the second half.
Coley and Tommy Brenton each dropped in a layup to open with a 4-0 lead the Seawolves would never relinquish. Although the Knights stayed close in the opening half, Stony Brook used a 5-0 run in the frame's final 3 minutes to take a 30-22 halftime lead.
Leonard Hayes opened the second half by knocking down a 3 for the Seawolves, sparking a 9-0 run and Stony Brook sailed through the rest of the way.
The Seawolves outscored the Knights 40-24 in the second half.
George Goode scored 13 points and grabbed 11 rebounds to lead the Knights (1-7).
