CHICAGO (AP) Gabe Snider scored all 18 of his points in the final 5:49 - on a career-high six 3-pointers - and Illinois-Chicago beat feisty NAIA-member Purdue Calumet 91-74 Tuesday night to snap its six-game losing streak.

Dikembe Dixson added 17 points and nine rebounds for Illinois-Chicago (2-8). Tai Odiase, Lance Whitaker and Dominique Matthews scored 12, 11 and 10 points, respectively. Freshman Julian Torres made his second start of the season and had five points and six rebounds.

Dixson's layup early in the first half gave the Flames a 7-0 lead, but the Peregrine's fought back to close the deficit to 15-14 on LaBradford Sebree's 3. Later, a Sebree jumper cut the Flames' lead to 53-51 but Purdue Calumet could never take the lead.

Snider's 3 put the Illinois-Chicago up 75-63 with 5:12 left, ending any comeback threat.
