Will Cook scored 18 points to lead five Samford players in double figures as the Bulldogs defeated Tennessee-Martin 75-62 Wednesday night, snapping a three-game losing streak.

Samford (3-10) trailed by seven early, but took the lead for good at 23-22 with 6:57 left in the first half. The Bulldogs, who led 36-30 at the break, opened the second half with a 10-4 run and maintained a double-digit cushion by shooting 60.9 percent from the field (14 of 23).

Raijon Kelly and Tim Williams added 16 points apiece, Clide Geffrard Jr. had 11 and Connor Miller 10 for Samford. The Bulldogs had only three other players on the floor who combined for four points.

Kelly and Williams have scored in double figures in all 13 of their games this season.

Mike Liabo scored 23 points off the bench for the Skyhawks (3-9), who have lost four games in a row.
