Matthew Dellavedova scored 16 points and Saint Mary's outscored Pepperdine by 30 points from the 3-point line en route to a 74-45 victory on Saturday.
The Gaels (13-2, 2-0 West Coast) hit 10 of 23 shots from beyond the arc while Pepperdine was 0 for 10.
Jorden Page and Stephen Holt added 14 points each for Saint Mary's, which shot 45 percent overall from the field and beat Pepperdine (7-6, 1-1) for the 10th straight time. The Gaels never trailed, leading 8-2 in the early going, 35-18 at halftime and by as many as 30 in the second half.
Jordan Baker had 14 points and Taylor Darby 10 for the Waves, who shot 37 percent from the field and got outrebounded 40-29.
