Princeton 77, Columbia 66

Douglas Davis scored 20 points to lead Princeton past Columbia 77-66 on Friday night for the Tigers' third straight win.
Mack Darrow added 19 points and Ian Hummer 16 for the Tigers (14-10, 5-3 Ivy League), who outscored the Lions 50-39 in the second half to overcome a 27-all halftime tie. Davis also added eight rebounds, two steals and a block besides knocking down two 3-pointers and finishing 9 of 9 at the foul line.
Down 39-37 midway through the second half, Davis hit a jumper and Darrow drained a 3-pointer to spark a 14-3 run and the Tigers led the rest of the way. They outrebounded the Lions 30-25 and forced nine turnovers.
Princeton also beat Columbia on Jan 14, giving the Tigers the regular-season sweep.
Brian Barbour had a game-high 22 points to pace Columbia (14-11, 3-6), which has lost three of its last four contests.
