President Obama no longer resides in the White House, but that doesn’t mean he isn’t filling out a bracket this season. In fact, he might even fare better than in past years given the extensive amount of free time he has had to research the field.

The Obama Foundation tweeted out President No. 44’s picks ahead of Thursday’s first-round tipoffs:

Among his first-round picks in the men’s bracket are just a few notable upsets: Bucknell over West Virginia, Marquette over South Carolina, VCU over St. Mary’s, and Wichita State over Dayton. Obama has North Carolina, Duke, Arizona and Kansas reaching the Final Four -- with the Tar Heels cutting down the nets after beating the Blue Devils in the national championship game.

And in the women’s bracket, Obama isn’t expecting UConn’s amazing 107-game winning streak to come to an end this season.

Let the madness begin!
