Presbyterian 67, E. Kentucky 66

Al'Lonzo Coleman scored 18 points, Jake Troyli added 16 and Presbyterian held on at the end to claim a 67-66 victory Saturday over Eastern Kentucky.

Troyli's jumper with 52 seconds left, which gave Presbyterian a 67-64 lead, proved to be the game-winner. It also helped the Blue Hose (1-2) shoot 58.7 percent from the field (27 of 46), including 73 percent in the second half (16 of 22).

Spencer Perrin, who led Eastern Kentucky (2-3) with 16 points, slammed an alley-oop pass to bring the Colonels within one with 47 seconds remaining. They had a chance to tie with 3.6 seconds left, but Perrin missed the front end of a one-and-one.

Josh Johnson added 14 points for the winners, coming mostly on four 3-pointers.

Pierre Miller had a single-game, Division I school-record 10 assists for Presbyterian, which earned coach Gregg Nibert's 350th career victory.
