William Mosley scored 16 points and Shamir Davis hit a 3-pointer at the buzzer to help Northwestern State beat McNeese State 64-61 on Saturday.

Northwestern State (10-9, 3-2 Southland Conference) led 46-41 with 12:53 remaining before McNeese State used an 18-7 run to jump ahead 59-53. Mosley then scored six straight points and Davis made a layup to tie the 61-all with 1:15 left to play.

Northwestern State held McNeese State scoreless over the final 2 minutes and called a timeout with 1 second remaining to set up Davis' game-winner.
