Nicholls 54, Texas-San Antonio 52

Anatoly Bose made a tip-in at the buzzer gave Nicholls State a 54-52 win over Texas-San Antonio on Saturday.
The Colonels, who trailed by as many as 13, 40-27, were down 51-44 with 4:49 to play. Nicholls State (12-11, 6-6 Southland Conference) then scored eight straight to go up 52-51 on Kenny Franklin's 3-pointer with 22 seconds left. It was the Colonels' first lead since the 4:59 mark of the first half.
Devin Gibson's free throw tied it for the Roadrunners with 13 seconds to go. Nicholls State's Elridge Moore then missed a jumpshot, which ended up in Bose's hands.
The Colonels, who trailed 23-17 at halftime after going 6 of 22 from the field, shot 52.4 percent in the second half (11 of 21) and forced 12 of UTSA's 18 turnovers.
Bose finished with 24 points, including 19 in the second half.
The Roadrunners (13-12, 6-6) were led by Gibson with 12 points.
