New Hampshire 72, Dartmouth 58

Patrick Konan and Ferg Myrick each finished with a double-double to lead New Hampshire past Dartmouth 72-58 Tuesday night.
Myrick came off the bench to lead the team with 19 points to go along with 11 rebounds, three steals and two blocks. Konan added 14 points and 11 rebounds and Chandler Rhoads had 14 points for New Hampshire (2-0).
Both Konan and Myrick scored eight points and grabbed five rebounds apiece in the first half. New Hampshire led at halftime 29-26.
The Wildcats used a 10-3 run at the start of the second half to take a double-digit lead.
Dartmouth (1-1) never threatened the Wildcats, as they shot just 26.7 (16 of 60) percent from the field compared to New Hampshire shooting 44.4 percent (20 of 45).
New Hampshire outrebounded the Big Green 48-33.
New Hampshire has won its last five games against Dartmouth.
