LEVEL THREE PENALTIES (Nine teams will lose four hours of practice time per week in season and four hours of practice time out of season all to be replaced with academic activities; the loss of a non-championship season for teams that participate in two season such as golf in the spring and fall, spring football or a reduction in games for teams that do not compete in a non-championship season; plus possible penalties that may include scholarship reductions, additional practice and contest restrictions, coach-specific penalties including game and recruiting restrictions, restricted access to practice for incoming students who fall below certain academic standards, restricted NCAA membership and potential multiyear bans on postseason competition.)
