Michigan upsets Purdue, makes case for NCAA bid

Michigan bolstered its chances of making the NCAA tournament for the first time in more than a decade.

DeShawn Sims scored a career-high 29 points and Manny Harris had 27 points and eight rebounds, leading the Wolverines to an 87-78 victory over No. 16 Purdue on Thursday night.
